Training
The training of key personnel is performed on-site to ensure that user adoption is successful. Training is hands-on, allowing users to quickly excel in the new system. We also provide web-cast training if an emergency arises or to reduce travel time.
Customization
Strategic customization is available on select reports and client specific calculations. Typical examples include customized grade reports and QPA and rank calculations.
Security
In addition to operating system level security, all ProSoft applications include menu and data level security to regulate access by user roles. Furthermore, an extensive audit trail of user access and data modification is retained.

Our newsletter covers information on Student Information System and Financial Software topics, new product releases, user tips, training classes and upcoming state reporting requirement changes. The "ProSoft Monitor" newsletter is published on a quarterly basis.
Unlimited Phone Support
An experienced support staff provides phone support for users in any ProSoft Application. If necessary, our staff has the ability to access your student information system or any other application electronically to assist you.

As with our phone support, our experienced staff provides assistance to users throughout the use of any ProSoft application through email communications.
Product Documentation
Documentation is constantly updated and expanded to keep up with growing functionality and enhancements to our software. All documentation is provided electronically to ensure timeliness. Release notes are provided in conjunction with software updates in order to keep all users abreast of recently added functionality.
